You may choose the hostname of your blog, such as “sellinghomes.pinehurstrealestate.info.” Names are assigned on a first come-first served basis. If a user deletes a blog with a desired name, you are free to register for that one as soon as it becomes available. The blog package is available to all licensed Moore County real estate professionals. There are three blog service packages:
- Basic: $99 setup fee. Basic 2 col theme. 5 themes to choose
from. $9.99 per month. - Intermediate: $299 setup fee. 5 themes to choose from.
Your logo added to an existing theme. $9.99 per month. - Deluxe: Theme made to match your existing site using a blog layout. Not all sites adapt well to this. Some changes may need to be made for best results. Unique theme. Quotes are done on a case-by-case basis. $9.99 per month.
Add-ons:
- Your blog hosted at www.yourdomain.com. Please call or ask us to call you, using the contact form.
- Submission of your blog to the top 10 blog directories. This helps to increase search returns, visibility and link popularity. $150, each requested instance.
- Submission of your blog address to Google, MSN Search and Yahoo. $40.00 each requested instance.
- Plug-ins: Contact Form, $25.00. Allows readers to submit their comments or questions via a form on your blog.
- Custom programming: $80/hour. Possibly integrate your IDX data into your blog, have rotating real estate tips. etc.
- Inclusion in www.sandhillsonline.com: $29.95 per month.
- Training. Learn to upload pictures, create links, add and edit text and create categories. Learn to configure your blog options. Get blogging hints to keep your blog active in the search engines and blog directories.
- In your Southern Pines or Pinehurst office or home: $65.00/hr. 20% discount for each additional student (up to 4).
- In your Seven Lakes or West End office or home: $75.00/hr. 20% discount for each additional student (up to 4).
Support:
- Pay per incident support: E-mail only is only $5 per incident. Telephone support is $30 per incident. Incident response time is by the end of the next business day.
- Premium support: $29.95 per month. Includes unlimited e-mail support and 4 telephone support instances per month.
