Formerly known as the Carolina Real State Store, “The Sandhills Team” recently opened their new office on 710 S. Bennett St. in Southern Pines. The Sandhills Team specializes in all aspects of residential real estate sales in Moore County.

Lew joins the Sandhills Team after 20 years with ClubCorp at the Pinehurst Resort. “I’m exceptionally excited about joining The Sandhills Team”, Lew states. “Each individual on the team possesses a unique skill set, and I’m impressed with the way we mesh. We truly are a team here, and it shows”. Lew’s primary focus with The Sandhills Team is buyer representation. “I pledge to represent my clients honestly, professionally and expediently. Lew is a 25 year resident of Moore County and a native North Carolinian. Lew is a graduate of Brevard College and the University of North Carolina- Chapel Hill. Additionally, Lew is a 20 year, P.G.A. Class A golf professional having served in a variety of capacities at the C.C. of N.C., Foxfire Resort & C.C., Pinehurst Resort, and the Mid South Club. “I feel that my experience in the golf industry is an asset to servicing my real estate clients. In many cases I’m working with the same demographic of customer, just in a different setting. Service in both cases is still the key”.

Pinehurst Real Estate is beautiful

Before my relocation to the Pinehurst area 7 years ago, I thought it was so beautiful every time I visited my Mother. The pine trees are so large, the blue sky adds to the comfort and soothing home life in the Sandhills and surrounding areas of Pinehurst. To describe the way of life here is easy. To experience it is another thing. If you’ve ever lived or worked in a city, you probably have experienced the commutes of hours per day, the traffic just driving to the grocery store, going through the day not seeing anyone you know. Living in the Sandhills and beyond, such as Pinehurst, Southern Pines, Seven Lakes, Aberdeen, Whispering Pines and other surrounding villages, you experience a warmth of friendship. The drive to the grocery store is not a long one, and once you arrive, you almost always run into a friend or neighbor who says ‘hi’!

I will tell more tomorrow about more life experiences of working and living in the Sandhills.
